Wanted to bring my son for a haircut called 3 times to make appt but no one picked up. Left a message requesting a call back. Hours later took a chance and drove over open the door and the owner look so annoyed and fed up before I can get my feet in door that she impatiently says she is closed at 4. I said but your message says 5 and she snaps " well not today, I have things I need to do and I'm already behind" . On my way out I then noticed her advertised hour of closing at 6. I had no problem with her not being able to take us but her attitude and lack of professionalism. Return your calls, be consistent with your advertised hours and at the end of the day be courteous. My husband took a chance and went back to her and came back and said never again as he was so turned off by how she talked about her customers the minute they left. I will not be supporting this local business.
Great haircuts!! Reasonable price, short waits, and Denise is a super cool person. Clean shop, and big discounts a good variety of hair products. You won't be disappointed. Subway is next door if your into that food.
Love this place. Definitely the best Barber around, and she is a woman barber. Denise is funny as hell. She tells everyone she quit cutting women's hair because they're all a pain in the butt. Since that she switched to cutting pretty much just men, except for old customers. I definitely recommend this place for anyone.
This place rocks. They traditionally only do men's hair (which I didn't know when I brought my son and myself there) but the owner made an exception when I just asked for a simple trim.
The owner gave me some great advice about fixing my hair - without trying to sell me product (in fact, she told me to go to TJ MAXX for the shampoo she was talking about). She also delt with my 5 year old in an amazing way, talked to him the whole time and kept him entertained enough to keep still through the haircut.
This place just got a regular customer as long as we're here in Warwick!
