Great pedicure every time! Love this place! Reasonable price and great staff. It's my regular self treat.
Had been going to this place for over a year.... On March 30th . 2023 I did my gel nails with some tickers on OPI believe #131 Pink. The day after ai see the color starts to fade away... I was out of town for 4 days and when I came back I went to the salon to show the manager/owner. By this time more than half the color in all my nails was gone. He said the nail polish was bad, ask for the -# to throw it away and offer to do my nails again. I said I had other commitments that day, and that I would wait for the nails to grow a bit and come back to do them. He said it was fine and made a note in the system for my credit of $45. I came back today for pedicure & gel manicure $75. When the time came to use the credit he only awarded $10 saying a month had passed. It had only been 24 days, but at no time he had mentioned any time frame to get my nails done again using the credit. I said that it was sad he chose to lose a customer vs. doing good in his word and that I would post my review. He became so enraged that he threw a nail polish hitting the glass window... I said I was leaving before calling the police since I felt attacked... He said he threw the nail polish to another person not to me. He did it with full force to hit someone.... I truly felt attacked and afraid, put my $ in the counter and left shaken..... Scary place to go....
Fastest, best colors, and cheapest. This used to be my go to but they always file down the top
Of nails. I even asked them not to and they said that they have to so much nails started crumbling and I have to go somewhere that doesn't do this. If they would agree not to file the top of my nails I would go back. Here's a pick of what I did for Disney colors.
Excellent service. Timely, friendly and efficient. Spa was clean, quiet, and in good repair. They used good hygiene techniques and cost was exactly as expected; I had used their website to select a service and book an appointment. I will be going here again.
