Love Nails & Spa in Warwick, RI

Went here today for my birthday to get the Head Spa treatment. Left the salon with wet MATTED TANGLED hair, the lady was ripping my hair out as she was trying to detangle it for hours. Was supposed to get a hand treatment and pedicure, left with neither.. Ended up calling my cousin who is a hairdresser and had her detangle my hair the CORRECT way instead of pulling the knots apart with your hands. Do not recommend to anyone who has blonde, dyed, thick hair. This service is NOT for you. They were totally unapologetic and blamed my head full of knots on having "dry unhealthy" hair. Common sense would be to STOP SERVICES IF YOU SEE YOUR CLIENTS HAIR IS GETTING BEYOND TANGLED. DO NOT GO HERE!!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Beautiful clean salon, however will never go back. I was charged $59 for a gel fill and 2 nails chipped significantly the same day. Overpriced and disappointing

Be prepared to always have an argument with them.

I called for an appointment and specifically asked 10:30 or 11:00. they said 10:30. I waited 15 minutes and they took me at 10:45.

I wanted to use my perk of their frequent customer card. I had 10 stamps which equals a 10 minute massage. They told me to come another time and use. I said no I wanted it today.

They tried to tell me that because I had 9 visits on one card and 1 visit visit on another card that I didn't have 10 visits.

I walked out.

Wondered why there were few customers.. they were rude and abrupt as soon as I came in. I asked if she could do a design because I like a little bling on my nails and she abruptly stated, "No, I don't do designs". I politely sat in the chair and someone who could have possibly been the owner stated that they could do the design I wanted. I showed them what I wanted which was real simple and the one who stated that she could not do it ultimately did it. I called her out and even complemented her work. She blushed stating, "I didn't know what you meant. I thought you wanted a flower or something". I gently reminded her that she should ask customers what they want instead of just shutting them down. I then showed her how to apply the rhinestones to my nails because she did not know how. Left without getting my brows done because the service was so bad.

I'm extremely disappointed. I went here about 7 years ago, swore I wouldn't come back and I did one day bc there was no wait and I needed a full set. The girl who owns it I believe her name is Donna was absolutely amazing. ​She was so good I just had to come back for my fill, this time I called before I came and specifically asked for her. She told me she would be ready at 3. I get there at 3 and said I have an appointment with Donna. But it wasn't Donna was in fact there but ended up needing to do another clients eyebrows. Did not like the way the girl doing them. So today it was Mothers Day I get it, everybody was swamped. But I needed a full set so I walked in and the guy (her husband) don't know his name bc he never told me and doesn't even say 2 words to you until it comes to saying a price. Greets me at the door...I say "how long for a full set?" He says..."what shape do you want?" I tell him coffin and I like them long. He says before he even seats me "that's going to be 75-80 dollars." I said no problem. (Really wasn't happy that he upped the price on me when no where in their signage did it sat a full set was "75-80" dollars or that they charge extra for shape, I really don't care getting my nails done is the one thing I do for me and I'm okay with spending my money when they look right." Pictures are down below on what I paid 75 dollars for and I will NEVER go back again after today. Taking advantage of people is wrong on so many levels. Never again. And I never leave after getting a full set or a fill without tipping minimum 20.00. And I take the extra stop at an ATM to be sure I ONLY tip in cash. You just lost a good one and will continue to do so.

Not enough polish, not coffin, not even, not even long. Awful, absolutely awful.
