Soriya Nails & Spa in Warwick, RI

So I had my nails done about a week ago, early morning, figuring around 10 o'clock. When I walked in it was so quiet, there was no music. There was nothing but the two individuals who own it assuming it's husband and wife the wife was extremely rude to me, I explain to her what I wanted to have done and she was very disregarding and I found that very rude but I shrugged it off and I allowed her to do what I asked her to do after many attempts of trying to explain how I wanted my fingernails because of a language barrier she started getting frustrated with me and then mentioned how she would not be wanting to do my nails and that she had other clients come in which I found very unprofessional so with that being said, I got up and I was about to leave until the husband Allowed me to stay and told her she can do my nails and throughout the whole process all she did was grab my arm. She was very rough with me if you can avoid going here I really suggest you do that. I'm not very happy with this place anymore since the original owner left it's been very different they're not very nice they are they want to rush you and get you out and they want to charge you $90 for a set of nails now that's insane. I will be taking my services elsewhere.

Today was my second visit to this establishment . My sister made a 1pm appointment for 3 pedicures. We checked in and then waited and waited and waited .... at 2pm after soaking my hooves in a hot bath I was just done....perhaps because they are too cheap to use AC it was literally 95 degrees in the building with no fans or anything. I'm sorry but between the child watching kids shows and the heat that is not relaxing! who wants a hot towel and hot stones  at that point ? needless to say I tried to voice my concerns and they couldn't understand me. Lastly the female owner burnt my moms toe with the electric filing thingy magingy.....
with so many other options I will not be returning and was disappointed as my family was in from out of town and this was supposed to be a treat :(

This is my second time at this nail salon. Both times Chenda (I'm not sure I got her name right) did my nails and I was very happy both times. Fast, no fuss, and done well. Today I got a gel manicure and am excited it will last a few weeks. Last time I did regular polish and the work was good as well. The salon is clean and bright. Her little son is a cutie. I like calling ahead to make sure they can take me. Also $30 for a gel manicure is great. I am guessing nail art or appliqués are extra. Sweet!

I come here monthly, my brother, my mom and I constantly go here but after my last visit I will definitely not be returning. Very disappointed in the way I was treated after being a loyal customer and always tipping well. I simply didn't like the shape of my nails and asked for them to be re-done and then was told "to stop being difficult" I was very taken aback and decided to pay and then leave. Very disappointed.

I do not like the new hours and restrictions sorry. I do not need a shower curtain in my face when I already have mask on
