Absolutely awful. I have curly hair, and this being a bumble and bumble salon you would think they would know how to handle it. But the shop assistant tried to take a normal brush to my hair and when I requested she use a comb she rolled her eyes and finally went to get it. The hair dresser spent less than 5 minutes before taking her scissors to my head. After the cut, she walked away, letting me sit there with wet hair until the shop assistant finally put down the broom and came over to style my hair. That was the last time I'll step foot in there.
I have wavy hair that is thick and challenging to cut. I went in to see April on a whim one Friday afternoon and lucky for me, she had a cancellation and could take me. I had a cut I was not happy with and she knew exactly what to do to get the look I wanted. After being between stylists for months.......I now have found a place where someone "gets" my hair and knows how to cut it correctly. The salon is a smaller salon; it's not loud; and you really can go there and relax. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
Fantastic salon! I only trust Sawyer Bailey to do my cut and color. April and the rest of her staff are always very attentive and professional, and the salon is comfortable and relaxing. I always leave feeling pampered, energized and beautiful. Definitely check them out and ask for April!
I went into Sawyer Bailey before a party for a very specific look (hair and makeup), and the stylists there listened to everything I wanted done and made sure it was perfect. The stylists were hilarious and made me feel very comfortable talking to them and even telling them if I wasn't crazy about something they were doing. I would highly recommend this salon if you live in Marietta or feel like venturing ITP for some TLC!
Extremely disappointed in the haircut I received from the owner April. Before the cut we had a consultation. I brought several pictures in to help communicate the cut I wanted. I was very clear in the cut that I did NOT want to get and since she repeated it back to me I truly thought we were both on the same page. To my complete disappointment she cut my hair EXACTLY like I asked her NOT to!!!! So now I have to wait for my hair to grow at least a couple of inches before I will be able to get any sort of style in it again. So, so disgusted and discouraged that I wasted my time and money here!!
