This salon is so nice & welcoming! Some salons can be very intimidating but not Glamour! They are getting settled with new owners & are adding more services every time l am there. Carlene does my hair & l love her.The cut & color is always exactly what l want! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I am a hair snob as I have natural curly hair and I don't just let anyone touch it. I was very impressed w/the results. The color is perfect!! The staff is friendly and welcoming and really takes care of the customers needs. I will definitely be back for my touch ups.
Be been going here for 28 years. My nails are done by Loan, who does an amazing job, my family loves the results of her talent! Mani and Pedi (best ever).
I tried out the salon because it was close to my home and I read the previous four star reviews. I made an appointment for a pedicure and my technician was Loan. Everyone was very friendly and attentive to my needs. Loan paid extra attention to a spot in my foot that I requested. The salon was inviting well lit, they offered me a beverage, they played nice calm music overhead. And the price was very reasonable.
A total waste of time, and bad costumer service. I called and made an appointment. I spoke to three different women at the front desk before I could actually get a confirmed appointment time. When I got there I was told the nail technician that was supposed to do my nails spontaneously quit right before my appointment, and now no one could take me. No apologies were offered. I was told I could come back in the morning if I wanted. I would give zero stars if possible.
