I have been a LONG time client for years & at several locations. One thing I can't stand is that you can book & change an appointment online, but if you want to cancel you have to call. What's the point of online booking if I have to call? I get if it's the day before the appointment, but when it's 3 weeks out, seriously? And then when you call to cancel they want a reason why?? I am an adult I want to cancel that is the reason! Ridiculous!
Will they asked me to send a review and here it is. The management here is just awful. I've been going here for years. And I am changing my hair from bleached out to highlights and low lights. My hairdresser made my hair too dark and I called and asked for a redo.. So the management actually called me and asked me to send photos of my hair before they would schedule my redo. Like they didn't believe me, afer I have been a long time client for years! Then they make me jump through hoops in order to make an appointment that suited them. So I reorganize my work day to come in and have my hair redone to suit the manager's schedule. They act like they are so important and have so many clients. But every time I go in there, there is hardly anyone there. So that goes to the point of why they made me jump through hoops to make their demands for an appointment for the color that they messed up! I have been a loyal client and have spent so much money. But no more! I am not spending my hard earned money to be treated like crap.

Do not ever get a keratin treatment here. They make your hair completely greasy and do not even dry it all the way. I had a wedding to go to the same night and I was told it would make my hair smooth and straight. I walked out with greasy wet hair and they told me I couldnt shower for 24 hours. Very upset.
