I made appointments for hair/makeup for my daughters communion day. I expressed that this was a very important day and was going to be having professional photos taken. When I arrived-I was taken back right away and the makeup artist Nadine was wonderful! My makeup looked great and was waiting for my hair appointment. I waited and waited - I asked the receptionist a few times how much longer it was going to take. I then heard her say to someone "are you going to take blondie" she was referring to me. This was after 1 hour of waiting past my appointment time. Once I realized how late it was I realized I would not have enough time to get my hair done. The woman (unsure of name) said I apologize - your hair looks so nice I thought someone already did it. My daughters hair was mediocre. It was plastered to her head. I ended up having to go home- do my own hair and re-do my daughters hair for her special event and photos. Very unprofessional, disappointing and the staff couldn't care less that I was upset! I would not recommend going here for hair. I would recommend seeing Nadine for makeup though!

I go to salon luxe and get my hair done with Olla. I do dye, hair cuts (which my hair always grows back so quickly and she NEVER gets scissor happy) and recently I've done the Brazilian blowout. As a mom I never have time to fix my hair so when she told me that this would cut my time in half I was sold. It's literally the best thing I've ever done, my hair dries so shiny and straight and I was worried I wouldn't be able to put waves in it because of how straight it dries but that's not the case!! Another thing I love is that she never gossips when you're in her chair, she genuinely has conversations with you and makes you feel comfortable. You're in and out and you never wait longer than you should. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at Salon Luxe with Olla today! I have never colored my hair so I was a little bit nervous but everything turned out amazing. She let me know what she was doing throughout the whole process and was very professional. Her customer service is excellent. Thank You!!

I have finally gotten into contact with the owner, a month later. And after going to the place THREE times and being told that a manager will call me the next day, the owner is telling me that I have never tried to contact her until I found out my friend got a refund on her hair.
