Poor customer service! They don't like blacks! I recommend to go elsewhere. I turned on my translator and man they were talking about all the blacks in there. I wish I could give no stars. I left
I don't usually go here but decided to go today since I was in the area and needed a quick polish change. The guy that did my nails painted them so low that it looks like my nails were done a week ago. It's almost as if they do it on purpose to make you come back sooner because that means more $$$ in their pockets. Also the guy somehow cured a black speck of dirt onto my thumb nail and when I asked him to fix it he pretended he couldn't see it so I showed it to the lady next to him and she said "it's too hard to fix" and brushed me off. Very rude staff. They don't care about the end results just want to finish and get the next person in their chair to make more money. Won't be going back.
I used to really enjoy coming to this location. However, today they lost my business. I came in as a walk-in appointment for a full set like I normally do. As I sat waiting to be seen I watched the staff seat 4 walk ins that came in after me and begin to service them. I don't expect to come here and be treated like a second class citizen. NEVER AGAIN.
0 STARS! Staff is rude and unprofessional.NAIL BROKE AFTER 3 DAYS! I went to TIA for a fill in.Tried to charge me 45 dollars for GEL fill in but kept saying it was shellac even though gel is polish and shellac is powder and there's no such thing as a shellac fill in because it's not acrylic. So I just said regular polish and as she was putting it on I said i didn't like it but she said it would look different then got an attitude when i said I wanted a different color and said it's extra because I want a color change. After that she talked to the owner in another language then he looked at me and said I was wrong and I should've stopped on the first finger as they were both yelling.
DISGUSTING! I literally went there today and the man was ignoring me and even gave me the wrong price he gave me attitude and the girls were defending him. rude behavior,wrong color nails, and didn't even give me what I wanted, when i gave him the cash he SNATCHED IT away from ,me. don't recommend. shut this store down.
