TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! My girlfriend wanted to get her nails done by Samantha (owners daughter) , one of their nail tech supposedly. The day my girlfriend was suppose to get her nails done she realized she hadn't told her that she has nails on already and was gonna remove them so she could get her new ones done but Samantha told her that her nails would be too damaged to get done that day which was fine and that she could just reschedule the appointment for the upcoming week , the rest of the whole week Samantha did not respond nor open any messages after receiving the deposit for the nail appointment and has STILL not responded for almost 2 weeks now but has been very active and posting her scheduled appointments everyday. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WRONG!!! Here's a screenshot of the proof!

I made an appointment for my boyfriend and Tasha did an absolutely amazing job on his hair! She was attentive to my description and the quality of customer service was absolutely wonderful! We were sooo happy. Definitely recommend!
I was a new customer and asked for Allison for a cut and hi/low lights in my hair. She took the time to help me select the right color samples from a book and discussed how I wanted the side bang to be cut. I was a little nervous having a new person color my hair. Today is the next day after the appointment and after styling it myself, I absolutely love the color and cut! She was able to achieve exactly what I wanted. Also, the price was very reasonable - much lower than a local salon I used to visit. I will definitely go here again!
Everyone here is so sweet and professional. Tasha does amazing job with red hair colour and I never leave disappointed. I had my hair put up for a wedding and received so many compliments. They are upfront about costs and give you information on what they plan to do before starting on your hair. I've never had to wait and there is a nice coffee machine for those who need some caffeine.
