This salon is trash !!! The owner has such a nasty attitude , when I was done my hair it looked a hot mess .. the lady noemi who serviced me told me my hair was 55 when I was done , I cashed app her showed her .. I get a call back saying it should've been 75 .. I don't know what for .. I told her I would come back and talk about it , she told me not to ever come back ... customer service from the boss alone is terrible

I would not be back ! Fist they said the price is 35 over the phone then they randomly charge you after you get styled. The lady who did my hair rude as hell didn't even speak to say hi. Most Dominicans know how to blow hair out really good an less flat iron, she flat iron mainly which cause breakage. I will never pay any money again to establishment who can't even acknowledge their customers. I went there because of desperation, will not be back! The lady who did my hair booth was to the right!

Lots of people and as soon as i walked in someone was walking out with a gorgeous blow out and a young girl was siting in a chair getting her rollers taken out her hair looked so nice and fluffy. Nice protective gear for your ears and pleasant music.

I loved the lady who washed my hair but the one who seems like she's in charge had an attitude and so did the one doing my hair. She asked her "why are you massaging her head, is she stressed?" Even if she was trying to be funny, I didn't appreciate that. Their prices say "&up" next to all of them meaning they can charge you whatever they want to. I didn't get a good vibe here.

Natural hair ladies beware!! Fairly busy salon. Very clean nice atmosphere. Customer Service was very minimal. They speak and understand English. They take walk ins. They work very quickly. I came in for a blowout at 8 am on a Saturday I was the 5th person there. We were out by 10. I came with my Dominican family member. We were in town from NJ and needed blowouts for a wedding that evening. We were so happy to find a Dominican salon in the area we didn't even ask for the prices at first. In NJ blowouts are $25. At this salon the flat rate was $45 for a blowout. We found out after we had both washed our hair. It wasn't terrible but it was more than I had planned for. Any extras would be an additional $10 per service. I got wash, conditioner and blow dry with a trim. My grand total was $75. My sister in law got a wash blow dry, trim and a doobie(wrapped her hair) for $70 the wrap was $5. We were upset with the prices, but we got what we paid for a Dominican blowout like NYC does it in Lawrenceville GA. And it lasted through the wedding plane ride and a week after for another event. When I washed my hair it did not revert back to natural and had that old familiar chemical smell. I was devastated that they had snuck a relaxer in my hair. My hair was stringy and filmy covered in whatever chemical they had put on my hair. I did sone quick thinking and bought the Isoplus neutralizing shampoo with a relaxer detecting color indicator and scrubbed my hair maybe 10-15 times until the suds were as close to white as I could manage. During the wash the suds were pink and orange. It worked and my hair is no longer completely straight. The roots are straight but my hair looks more like I had it texturized instead of a straight relaxer/perm. I gave two stars because my hair was laid! I just wish they hadn't overcharged me and snuck some weird liquid relaxer in my hair. Ive been natural since 2013. Also my Dominican sister in law reported that they didn't sneak any relaxer in her hair so I suspect it was in the conditioner. Had I not washed my hair with the color indicator I would have assumed I had heat damage. Sis, it isn't heat damage;it's chemical damage.
