What an unpleasant experience. Went on bases of the reviews and regret going. It's very loud and factory-ish...rushing through to move you along. The music was far from relaxing or calming and very loud. The tech doing my pedicure was rough on my feet and I couldn't understand what she was saying. I asked her to be softer when massaging my leg as it's very sensitive and that lasted about 15 seconds. And to top it off, it was ridiculously expensive for the service provided. I will definitely not return.
I got a manicure this manicure is only three days old and the paint is chipping off of both nails. Anna did my nails. This is supposed to be "gel polish" did not even stick my hand under the UV light said it was not needed. I also had to ask Anna more than once to paint the bottom of my fingernails. You are paying for the aesthetics of this building how pretty it is but that is all the service is not good I don't plan on returning.
Today I came in for fill in and pedicure. Tommy does my nails and he's great! My pedicure not so great! A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing. Lisa did my pedicure it was rough and very uncomfortable. The bottom of my feet still feel very rough. When I told her she suggested the cheese grater... I have never used that on my feet. She did not try to correct it. I come regularly ... but the quality today was not up to par as it usually is. Very disappointed in my pedicure.
Although we had to wait a little bit to get seated even though we made an appointment, it was super worth it in the end!! Really amazing quality of products they use if you ask me, the photo taken of us holding hands is our nails over a month later.. all in tact and no dents from over-polishing. They took their time shaping our nails and were super sweet to my girlfriend and I :-) The vibe there was very trendy, from colorful screening of their advertisements, to their "bubble sculptures" in the back room & lovely chandelier , you'll feel very welcomed and pampered here like we did !
Service is great but they up charge without telling you. They added a paraffin wax for my pedi and didn't mention it was extra. They just came out with it so I thought it was apart of the service. My other nail place provides that service, hot towel and hot stone for $60-65. They are charging anywhere between $65-$85 and some don't include all that so pay attention. I don't mind paying for more services but at least tell me it's extra so I can decide it for myself. They entice you with drinks so you won't pay attention. Lol When I brought it to their attention, they gave me the deer in headlights look as if I'm speaking foreign. No thank you for your service or nothing. Other than that the service was good. Mila is there sister company and they do the same so pay attention.
