My customer experience was wrong pricing(consumer laws) , fraud, and abusive work culture at salon Mystic, as you see all the other 1 star reviews, the owner as I experienced caters to this criminal activity. I had to go to "honey Lauren" salon to fix the horrible color job I was charged over $1,000 for. I highly recommend not working with Misty the owner, Nina the manager & Cinci hair stylist. With my customer experience I would never recommend this business to anyone at anytime. See 1 star reviews to avoid being financially abused. & go to a much better salon. Extension removal is =$100 Root retouch Bleach cape + bleach another area= $85 (while doing cape) All over color + extra color = $90 + $25 Hair move up for extension shows =$300 ( $150 + $150 two rows only ) Extension blowout :$65 Total = $665. Somehow I was charged $1300 by the poor business. My bank fixed it. The manager , owner & stylist ran away from the issue. This is not how legal business is conducted. Customer experience 101.

My stylist did a poor job doing a simple partial highlight and when I went in for additional color she had such a bad and defensive attitude. Carina was more focused on being right and proving her point than client satisfaction. shouldn't client satisfaction be the #1 priority ? lol. complete waste of 250$. no change in my hair color and little change in cut. It actually looks worse because of the way she barely applied bleach in some areas and not in others. do not waste your time or money. first time in 10 years I've ever left unsatisfied with a simple highlight request.
Kylea is fantastic. she has colored my hair now a zillion times and every single time she nails it! and she cuts it and the salon itself is soooo inviting and fun!
I live in California and will ONLY let Kylea touch my hair. It's worth the trip! I had a terrible color and cut last year in Sacramento and was so afraid to let anyone near me... Until Kylea. And I'm so comfortable with her, and confident in her abilities, that I'm finally doing more with my hair and am excited to try new things. It's amazing what a difference it makes when you find the right person!
