I came in for a cut and it was a great experience. I had to schedule a bit last minute and they were really accommodating. I had hair passed my waist, so I'm not an easy customer to begin with. They made me feel really at home, the salon is really cute and they offer beverages. I had Brenna, and I can not speak highly of her enough. It's the best cut I've ever had hands down. She also really helped consult about how to cut and style it, as I was really unsure of what I wanted. Additionally, she's very knowledgeable about the science and symmetry of cuts and colors... and just overall a joy to chat with. Highly suggested y'all!
This review is for Brenna at Luxe. She is a hair wizard and artist. She 'gets' hair. I came in asking for the impossible: thick short brown hair in a blunt bob - but could you make me blonde (while preserving my hair integrity), oh and while you're there, can you make it long? I'm thrilled with the result. My hair color is buttery pale blonde and my extensions are blended so well - not through lengthy disguising with a curler - but with a really great layered cut. And while transformations like this aren't cheap, Brenna was very reasonable with her prices. She's straight forward and will tell you realistically what can and can't be achieved and she really prides herself in her art.
This is a great location. I love this place. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Michelle, Ashley & Clayton. I love this salon and I will highly recommend it to anyone.
After a poor experience from a previous salon, a lot of research led me to Bal at Luxe. And the reviews and recommendations did not disappoint! She was able to fix a poor highlight job that left my hair dry and just ugly to a beautiful color with lots of shine!!! She is knowledgeable, has a great personality and I will be back as often as she'll have me!!! Thank you so much Bal for correcting my hair!!!
I have been getting my hair done here for over 5 years and LOVE it. I first worked with Amy and she was amazing. Post covid I got to use Christine who is absolutely amazing. I'm moving for a few years and am very sad to be losing her. But I'll be back!! Love this place and all the gals
