I have been going to salon Matarazzo for over 30 years to have Ron cut my hair. He has always done a great job and I trust him to keep my hair looking stylish and up to date. We do laugh at pictures of me when I was 8 Mos pregnant and made him cut my hair short and it turned out that was a bad decision on my part. I told him I ended up looking like a tick! Ron is attentive and engaging with his clients and I look forward to getting my hair cut. I go to Morgan for my color and balayage and she is also fabulous. She gets the color just right and she is so nice and so good at her job. I have sent many friends to salon Matarazzo and they are all very happy with the services they get.
I tried to make an appointment online for hair color and haircut for the new year. I was denied twice for reasons they haven't seen me before and not taking new clients. I don't know if it's just this salon, but they act as if they're a clinic and doctors not taking new patients. And they charge as much as a doctor's visit! I know economy is bad but charges are way over priced. Go somewhere else where it's cheaper even if it's just a few bucks with same level of service.
100% DO NOT recommend Salon Matarazzo. To have a stylist (Jamie Lynn) burn off a decent chunk of hair in the very front of my hairline, shrug it off and say it's not even that much hair! That it happens all the time to the fine pieces in the front and that it's because you have curly hair is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Do better. I would not recommend anyone go to her for highlights as this was absolutely from over-processing. Not because of the texture of my hair itself.
A wonderful salon just a couple minutes off 405! Cuts and color and more! I have been coming here to see Erin for a few years and love it!
They don't listen to the costumer , my friend is going through a hard time, she went to get her hair done for a boost. She repeatedly told the lady ( Lorane ) it wasn't the color she asked for, and the lady insisted it was. she didn't dry her hair or style it!
