AMAZING amazing salon! A real staple of Staten Island. The first time I went I saw their stylist Melissa who did my bright red hair. Absolutely loved it and after that I haven't stopped going back. No matter who I have I walk out feeling my best. Kristen, Sue and Gina are not only amazing stylist but a m a z i n g people. I always have the best time. Such a comfortable salon with the best vibes.

The WORST hair salon experience of my life appointment was at 4pm with Kristin & didn't get out till 1am missed my best friends graduation party. Got out with burns alll over my head and scalp so bad I couldn't even lay my head in my pillow, she wasn't cleaning the bleach out of my ears, forehead or sideburns I had to clean it with my own face mask. Wanted long layered copper hair but got burgundy short hair. My sisters hair lady Melissa also tried to play her by saying their light wasn't good my sister walked in with a 11 blonde and somehow got 8 blonde HOW? She asked her to do it again and finally got her back to her original level blonde. The amount of damage on my scalp and amount of hair I'm losing was not worth spending 1000 also beware each bleach bowl they use is $20 extra
I found this salon on Instagram and after looking at all the stylists profiles I decided to go with Kristen and am so happy I did. She was absolutely wonderful and so knowledgeable. I have very thin hair and A-LOT of postpartum hair loss. The haircut she suggested not only looks amazing but gave my hair body and bounce (something I haven't had in years!) she also glossed my hair to perfection! The salon itself was a great environment and I sat for my appointment exactly on schedule. Looking forward to my next visit already!
Not happy. I've sent them a message via Instagram and email and never got a response. I made an appointment for 7 PM on Friday. When I got there I called them from outside and was told that my hairdresser needed five minutes. 15 minutes later I got a call to come inside. At 7:30 the girl that was manning the desk came over and told me that my hairdresser was running behind and that she could cut my hair. I wish they would have told me at 7 PM, when I initially called, that my hairdresser was running behind. I would have then left and made another appointment. At this point I just wanted to get my haircut so I said OK; of course asking her if she had a license. I am not happy with the haircut I received. I paid for it and I even gave the girl a tip because I figured she thought she did the best she could. But then I sent the salon a message. I don't understand how you cannot get back to a customer. I do not understand how if an appointment made you can't keep it. If they had told her time was tight I would have rescheduled. Please learn communication.
