I came to establishment to color my hair and the result was destruction my hair was bleached without attendance until it fell off I was told nothing charge 270.00 for destruction. Theyvare not proffecional at all, Had to cut my hair short at another salon did not go back there, if you love your hair do not entrust these people with it. If there wasca lower grade ibwould give itvto them.
Main Stylist Ashley did not know what she was doing with my hair and fried my hair SO bad I actually had to cut off all my hair after that. But she still charged me full price for completely ruining my long, healthy hair. My hair is still recovering. One of the worst salon experiences ever. Nice staff but not great at what they do
My hairdresser moved from Soho to Salt Lake City and I was in desperate need of a new dresser and someone recommended thi salon. I couldn't believe I was going into Staten Island to get my hair done but I am so happy I did! Nicole, who is one of the owners did mine and my daughter's hair and I have to say we've never looked better. I got all over base color and balayage along with a haircut and my daughter got balayage and haircut and it was so beautifully executed end it was recently priced way less expensive than I ever paid in the past. I'm thrilled that we found this place
I don't know why there are reviews for other salons on here - but the one in Staten Island is amazing! Everyone is so lovely and they do great work. They're consistently booked so that should tell you something. I've never had an issue with my hair (Shout out to Jessica!) and they're reasonably priced.
The best hair salon on the island and believe me I've tried them all! Some of the trendy fancy salon's I've tried had me leaving in tears but not here. I am an extremely satisfied customer and I leave happy every single time. The staff is friendly, accommodating and treat you like family. My hairstylist Michael is amazing! Would I recommend Ashley Nicole? ABSOLUTELY!
