I walked in without an appt. and was welcomed by the receptionist Brittney which was awesome. She checked and found that Alley was available to give me a haircut to get rid of Covid hair. Alley was very transparent and informative and explained everything she thought needed to be done to bring my hair back to a healthy state. My hair was her canvass and she painted a great picture...when I left I was a very happy customer and can't wait to return for my trim....thanks ladies...the pleasure was all mine...
I requested a layered haircut for my curly hair and I got a trim but don't go here expecting them to be able to style your natural hair. I'm sure they would have done a great job straightening or curling it using heat but when I asked her to use products that would enhance my natural curl pattern she mixed two random products together that weighed down my hair and made it crunchy. She took a diffuser to my hair and just held it in place at various spots around my head. I left the salon with frizzy curls and damp hair. The lady that did my hair was very nice but did not understand what I was asking for.
I've been a client of Salon Elite for several years and have always received the best service from my stylist, Erika, and the others there. They are friendly and professional. The salon is beautifully decorated and clean. I would definitely recommend this business!
I've been searching for good highlights since I moved here and Maddie is AWESOME! Her foils are SO thorough and she uses a toner that makes my hair look SO GOOD! She was able to correct some bad color from another salon on my first visit and I'm forever grateful! No more brassy blonde here!
