What they never tell anyone here is that they only ever want cash. You pull out a credit card, and they act like you're going to give them Ebola. I've watched them tell people, "There is ATM at Rite-Aide, Go get money, bring back. Don't forget tip!" Their quality is mediocre and there is usually only one person who can speak English which tends to complicate things when you have specifics you would like paid attention to, or things you want to be careful about. It's complicated, but there is a pattern in this area of that being a problem. I fully understand this is a way for immigrants to get work and I celebrate that for them if they're legally here. No issue but at least make sure someone will translate for you perfectly.
I have been patronizing this establishment for over 10 years. I have never had such a poor pedicure that it prompted me to leave a negative review. Today I went in for a pedicure and the one gentleman that works there decided to put in zero effort. He nicked my cuticle on my big toe at the beginning. He decided to lightly rub my legs and feet instead of massaging them as is typically done. I asked him to do it a little harder, and he still didn't, so I told him to skip the "massage" all together. He got nail polish on my white capris when he went to roll them down. I let the owner know that I was disatisfied and nothing was done. I may consider finding a new salon. I don't want to because I love how TeeTee does my eyebrows, but poor service is unacceptable in my book.

Very rude and they are so rough with me I had cuts all over my fingers and was in pain for days which is a shame because they do really good worth, it's just not work having cuts all over my fingers
