Nasty attitude, charges whatever without informing the client Something is going to have an extra charge & screams at you instead of trying to explain when you question. Customer since 2011 but I'm fed up. My money spends everywhere this nail salon is not the only one in town. Water has been too hot and when told they get an attitude. A friend's recommendation brought me here. I came in with gel shellac polish on my nails. The nail tech immediately informed me that my previous nail job was overpriced and poorly done. The nail tech literally had to use some mini pliers to get that shellac off my nails. My nail tech was meticulous and the overall process didn't seem rushed. She was knowledgeable I could tell she was serious about her craft. My nails would have been $25, but because of the shellac removal it was $30.
I was totally disappointed with the service I received today. I had to ask the lady several times to paint the sides. They didn't clean under the nails like I have seen tech do in the past. Then she didn't check to see if the nails were good. Then when I showed the design I want she wanted to tell me how more,it would cost for the diamonds, really did I ask or did it look like I couldn't pay that extra. I just had a similar design without an issue. I should have went back to my original person. Plus it looks like I asked. This is the first and last of this place.
These ladies were so sweet and did a great job on our regular pedicures! Would definitely recommend this place for a good manicure at a very reasonable price. It's pretty clean and has a decent color selection!
So I come in to get a pedi and fill. I have gel polish on my toes and fingers. The lady performing my pedi grinds the gel nail polish off my toes so of course she probably grind a layer of nail polish off. She then puts foil in my nails to remove the gel cool EXCEPT she leaves it on too long and melts my whole tip. Another young lady says oh I can put new ones on but only charge you for a fill which is what I wanted. WHAT it should be free. This woman ruined my nails why am I still paying.... Never again will I come here
