My visit with Gabriella of LaBelle Etoile was not great.... it was FANTASTIC. She is my HAIR ANGEL! I came to her with an absolute mess on my head. I didn't even have to explain to her what I needed she just knew and after making me some of her amazing French pressed coffee with homemade creamer, she got to work and spent the next couple of hours transforming my hair from a candy corn nightmare to the prettiest buttery blonde that looks so HEALTHY and GORGEOUS. She didn't complain about the time or the effort and you can tell she truly loves being a Stylist. To make my experience even better - Gabriella is truly just a lovely, sweet and funny person! I can't wait to go back and I highly recommend her to everyone!

This place is exceptional staff is friendly stylist are amazing therapist are amazing. Concierge Terri is awesome she goes above and beyond. Spa Manager Brooke is amazing very accessible and warming. The atmosphere is relaxing decor beautiful.
Very unethical and rude. I was gifted a Groupon gift certificate by my wife for Fathers Day. Made an appt, arrived 10 min early. Receptionist didn't even acknowledge me at for 15 min. She then informs me that masseuse would is still getting room ready and it would be another 15 minutes. Finally get to room and masseuse asks me to call Groupon and cancel my certificate and pay her directly instead. She says due to Groupon not paying correctly. So unethical. If a business promotes with a Groupon, they should honor it properly. I left right away and will never return. Moreover, I will be sure to share my experience with my colleagues in Southlake and Grapevine as to the unpleasant experience there. Beware people.
