Visage Salon in Bel Air, MD

I came here for a cut/trim and was so happy with my service. Everyone in the salon was warm and welcoming. My stylist Samantha was really knowledgeable and asked me a bunch of questions to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted and how she could achieve that with my hair type. She gave me an AMAZING wash and made sure to get all my dead ends without getting scissor happy. She also gave me a great blow dry and had me in and out in under an hour! I HIGHLY recommend her and will most definitely be back

ATMOSPHERE: The salon is clean and busy in a good way. And I saw people cleaning to keep it that way between clients. It was well decorated and felt like a "proper salon" whatever that means. But it's just a vibe I wanted to write about. SERVICE: Everyone was very friendly. I checked in and had a seat and although I was early I was taken in quickly. Sammie (sp) was doing my hair and she was friendly. She me if I wanted water with ice (I did lol). It was just all around clearly good at handling my hair. I have found some hair stylists did struggle with my thicker South Asian hair but she was good. Clearly has the experience. Also apparently she does make-up too. PRICE: for my haircut and blowout was $60 without the tip. The tips must be paid in cash I believe. PARKING: behind the building. And on Saturdays this place is very close to the Bel Air Farmer's market. Just saying you can get some nice flowers and a great cut together. So overall, I would really recommend this place. I looked tired but my hair looked great when I came out so.

Came here for a long overdo hairstyle. Had a few pics and style in mind. Was VERY nervous. The woman at the front desk was soo nice (I was a walk in) and even knew the stylist that would best suit me. The girl that washed my hair was really great as well. The salon is far from pretentious and I felt very welcomed. Now, my stylist, Sami, love her! She really took the time to look at my pictures and listen to me. She was perfect! My hair, it's so beautiful, I couldn't have imagined anything better. I feel like a new me. Thank you Sami! Also, I can even style it on my own which is a huge thing for me being a no fus girl.

I had been a client for years... the last appointment I had I had a picture of the cut I wanted. It ended up not being anything like that. Plus now I would have to let it grow for at least 6-9 months to get the cut I wanted. I said I hated it, and it wasn't like the cut I asked for. The hair stylist had a rude attitude. I was extremely upset, this is my hair and yes I expect paying high prices like there I should get what I asked for. I said, " I f----g hate it. They acted like they had never heard a curse word. Not from me..... Until then. When I called to make an appt for a different service they told me I was not welcome any longer in their Salon. Well that was fine, I was getting tired of listening to them gossip about each other anyway.

Visage was recommended to me by a longtime resident of Bel Air. Immediately I felt at home and was so delighted with the lovely space. The staff are authentic and so friendly. The stylists listen to that for which you would like and make suggestions based on their knowledge and sense of you and your lifestyle in addition to the best style for YOUR hair. I have referred several times and let's just say all my besties have gorgeous hair.
