S T Nails in Kent, OH

If I could give it zero stars I would. I just got charged $100 for a polish change and a mediocre pedicure. Absolutely highway robbery completely ridiculous the owner was semi-nice the other people that work there were completely rude. Will never go back here again. $100 for a polish change and crap pedi!!!!! Do not go there

My nails turned out just okay, I felt like I could've done better. Had to ask the lady to fix my nails because the polish didn't come close to the edge of my nails. I had to remind her multiple times what design I wanted. I could tell they didn't sanitize the tools between people. Also there was a dog running around?? Which just isn't very sanitary

As many other reviewers said, there should be a 0 star option. Let's start off with the initial walk in - very unprofessional- very unclean. No one else is in the salon except us and our usual salon is closed today. I am with my best friend so we sit down to have a good girls day. So we thought. I went first, so I asked him to do a simple coffin shape, he couldn't accomplish that - mid way through laying down the acrylic he makes my friend and I switch so he can start hers. Never in my life have I seen that before. So we kept switching back and fourth which was odd to me but whatever. We get to filing and buffing and he is running my hands raw and my friends as well, to the point of blood on every finger coming, mine and hers. We both pull our hands away and he didn't get the hint that he was hurting us. Mid painting my nails the phone rings and he drops everything and answers the phone, forgetting about the client he has sitting right there in front of him. The torture is finally over and we go to pay, fingers raw and bleeding, not the shape or quality they should have been if done right. He started yelling at us for not wanting to pay full price for bloody fingers but after reading reviews - seems to be a common thing there. He said he's never has this problem in his life but clearly hasn't seen reviews on his own business. Would never recommend this place to anyone and will never be back.

0 stars should be an option. I went in with my sister and the man that was doing our nails was having us switch in between him doing things and we both had to pull our hands away multiple times due to pain. He drew blood on multiple of our fingers and was very unprofessional when I stated I was not going to pay full price for our nails. I will NEVER be back here.

this place is low key nasty as fuck. none of their equipment is sterile, it's all been reused, their files are shredded up because they don't change them. they cut you with the dremel, their warm towels stink, i'm not usually one to complain but there were multiple times i felt uncomfortable. i know my blood was on the dremel, who else's was? don't waste your time. spend the money and get it done right somewhere else
