One of the worst haircuts I have ever seen and some of the worst service I have ever endured. Endured was an intentional choice of words because of the grueling experience that was dealing with Best Cuts. My brother was in for a haircut and one of the stylists (not naming any names) butchered his haircut. Butchered is a kindness when defining this cut, the stylist shaved him bald in some spots and left him shaggy in others. When this was brought to her attention she claimed that the hair cut seemed fine to her. He brought it to her attention that the cut was unsatisfactory she claimed there was nothing that she could do. Another employee attempted to help fix the cut because even she agreed it was terrible but the damage was already done. The manager of the store was supposed to reach out the next day to make this right but we never heard from her. When he needed a "cut" we meant it in the sense of hair and not of that you would find at the local butchers. Avoid this butchers shop and go to Fraizers Barbershop on Kent Main Street.
