My daughter went there at 3pm and was there 5 hes for cut and color. The color turned out ash with no highlights. It was supposed to be blonde with highlights, and took 5 hrs. RIDICULOUS.

My husband went there for a haircut and person who cut it completely messed it up!! The fade on one side was ok but other side looked liked he did it himself at home. He said she was extremely unprofessional and did NOT listen to what he wanted. He was so upset that he just wanted to get the heck out of there. When he got home I couldn't believe how horrible it looked. It was so bad he shaved off his hair that day. He didn't want anyone else to see it.

I almost never write reviews on things, but I felt compelled to write a review on my experience because I don't want anyone else to come in and have a bad experience like I did. I came into this salon to get my hair bleached. I have dark/black hair and my goal was to have kind of an ombre bleached blonde look with my roots still dark since I have a sensitive scalp. When I showed my stylist, named Lisa, the picture of how I wanted it done, she seemed like she understood and did explain to me that it would take more than just 1 session to bleach it to the lightness that I wanted. I understood that because I've done a lot of research before going into the salon just so I could better understand the damage and things that my hair would endure. Lisa first began teasing my hair, which she was very rough with. I repeatedly was saying "ow" throughout my whole session and even my eyes were watering. I asked her why was she teasing my hair and she claimed it was to get an "uneven ombre affect" with the bleach. I instantly thought, "well why doesn't she just start from the bottom and work her way up the strand and put less bleach near the root like I've seen other stylists do?" but I passed it off because I'm not the professional here. She continued to tease my whole head, section by section, unevenly plastering the bleach on my hair. Even my boyfriend who was watching her said that her application looked like she was wafting the bleach on like she was spreading icing on cake, not in straight or even strokes. While I was watching her in the mirror, she was painting it on my hair like she didn't know what she was doing, and she also wasn't applying the bleach like how I said I wanted in the picture. She was applying almost halfway through my hair strand, when in the photo, the blonde was much closer to the root. So I asked her if she could get closer to the root and she said she would see what she can do since she had already started so low around the rest of my head. She left the bleach on for only 25 minutes and said that this is the lightest that we could get it for the day. So she took me over to the sink to rinse the bleach out, and shampooed twice. Lisa was still very rough on my scalp and was very uncomfortable. When it came around to toning my hair, I could tell she really didn't know what to do because she kept asking another stylist in the salon what to do, how to leave it in, etc. I asked her what does the toner do for hair, just to hear her response, and she sounded like she didn't even really know herself. My hair just looked a mess when leaving the salon. Its not even CLOSE to ombre. I understand that it's not as light as I want, but my hair looks like it just goes from black to bronze halfway through my hair which is NOT what I wanted. When I came home I even noticed there was some patchiness in the back where the strands go from blonde to black and then to blonde again. Right after the salon I went straight to Sally's to get my own bleach because I see this is something I'll have to fix at home myself. For paying $150, it was definitely not worth it. I will not be returning here for a second session, or at all for that matter.
