Erica is the best! I had my hair done by her and I'm absolutely in love with my hair again. Erica listens and she is so knowledgeable! Rumours is great and everyone was so nice there. If you're looking for your forever stylist then I highly recommend Erica I promise you will not be disappointed!

First time to this Salon and the very talented James was my stylist. She spent a long time with me making sure she understood what I wanted and then making sure my very curly hair would behave into a shag cut. It did and she did a WONDERFUL job!! Couldn't be more pleased! If you're new ask for James!
I usually don't mind spending lots of money on getting my hair done but my assigned hairdresser did a sloppy job on my haircut and color. She did so bad that I went to Lavish in Burlington to get it fixed and they were so shocked on how sloppy she left me hair. She attempted to give me a haircut but she left long strands of hair behind and my hair color was an ugly orange. I also didn't like feeling disgusted that she touched my hair when I could clearly smell cigarette smoke on her hands. So disappointed with this place.
