Look no further for the best salon in Mount Vernon / Burlington area. The staff is super friendly and I had one of the best hair cuts of my life. (And I'm old) Hannah asked what I was looking for ahead of time and then talked with me about the cut as she was creating a work of art! She is very attentive to her work and skilled. Their prices range from level 1 to level 4 stylist and while Hannah is at level 1. I'm thrilled with the cut and the price!

I drive from downtown Seattle up to Mount Vernon just to have Toby do my hair and I have been going to him for the past 8 years...and I have no intention to go anywhere else.
