The worst experience I've ever had in my entire life $850 literally was paid for this complete disaster of what they call service . She new I did not agree with it she new I did not like it and she new what she was doing was wrong when she was doing it, however, she still proceeded to deceive to be dishonest, less than 24 hours of me having it in my head ( you can tell the vibe in the room when she was taking my hair out was off and it was talked about this disservice ) I requested her to take it out, just for tell me she don't do refunds not even half was offered.. I would never recommend I would never go back just don't do it. $850 out of my money that was literally stolen from me.

Gotta give it 1 star this time. Went in again for a shampoo and blow dry. This time my stylist was Ms. Paula. The shampoo was awful, she was ruff, she didn't wash the middle of my head at all! Moving on to the blow dry, awful, it kept cutting off due to overheating. She stated that it was because I had a lot of hair but my dryer at home doesn't cut off nor does my regular stylist. She offered to curl my hair and I said yes With no hesitation because my last experience here was so wonderful. BIG MISTAKE! She started off curling my hair and flat ironing it a little but then when she got around to the side she started putting all types of product in my hair from spritz to oils to edge control now let's talk about the edge control, she took a big chunk of the side of my hair and decided to put a whole bunch of edge control slicking down my hair, when I asked her what it was she said edge control. I know what is control is but it's for your edges not all of your hair! I felt the rest of my hair which She had started to curl and it was totally greasy. She had to wash it out and blow dry it again. At this point I had had enough and told her I no longer wanted a curl. I left unsatisfied and angry!!!! Ms Paula was awful!!! She should come with a warning label, do not sit here. I also didn't get consulted on anything she was doing. Ms Nicola was informative and professional and because of her I might give this salon another try, but stand clear of Ms Paula and her products

Wonderful service! Toya is great! She is fast, efficient and very affordable. Did a superb job on my haircut. Will surely be back again! Thanks Toya!!!

Let me just start by saying that this ONE AND ONLY bad review is NOT an indication of the quality customer service and treatment that I received on today, but that my mother, niece and sister (who are non-yelpers) receive on a consistent basis!! And for ALL intensive purposes....Ebony (who is named in the first review) did NOT....I repeat did NOT do my hair So this salon to me resembles something similar to salon plaza where all of the stylist rent a booth space and maintain and schedule their own clientele. Gone are the days when the salon had a receptionist and did all the scheduling, and the shampoo assistant washed your hair, etc. Here, the stylist does your hair from beginning to the end! I had the pleasure of sitting in Toya's chair. She has a very sweet spirit and greeted me right away when I walked in. The other stylist Nikki and Paula greeted me as well. Nikki was working on a child's hair doing a Cornrow and beads install...and it looked nice! Toya, was busy adding color to the client that was scheduled before me(I came early). I was entertained by the television, my phone and the typical salon chattered about kids, family, food and life....nothing inappropriate for a child's ears to hear. So, Toya's specialty is weaves and Nikki does everything, however she says that she is not confident in doing short hair but she would say her specialty is styling children's hair. I was referred to this salon and specifically to Ebony about 2 years ago. I was 100% natural and wanted two strand twists. She hooked my hair UP!!! About 7 months ago, I started wearing weaves again, and visited my regular beautician for my install. About 5 weeks ago, I needed a new install and decided to try Ebony, as I have watched her doing other women's hair in weaves. Let's just say, I have been getting weaves for 15+ years, have tried Cole Stevens, Hair Care Center, Tokyo Stylez (Instagram phenom) and other high end salons... They have all hooked me up and did exceptional work on my hair, but this by far is one of the best weaves I have ever had. It is completely seen in, with a little of my own hair exposed in the front. I refuse to get glue, as any woman who is familiar and knowledgable about weaves, glued/quick weaves are only meant to last about 1-2 weeks. Since my initial install, Ebony has washed and tightened my weave every two weeks, and has also taught my a couple of tricks to keep that horrible "weave smell" away...especially since I work out so much! So...I have to say, I totally love my hair right now! Not sure how what happened for her to get a negative review, but I would have never have paid and walked out of a salon if I didn't like my hair. I've done it before, and have no problem demanding my hair be fixed before I leave. Beauticians are responsible for our hair for 1 day of the week...the other 6 are on us!
