Super Spa & Nails in Glenarden, MD

Rude. They need to clean this establishment. Almost every piece of equipment was dirty.

I usually go there for my pedicure and Jenn is my favorite. I am writing this review based on how rude Mimi was when I asked to get full set. I don't usually get my nails done but decided to get full-set as I have an event coming up. First she was trying to make me get gelx I told her no I don't want to and immediately her face and attitude changed. Then I requested if she could do one nail as french so I can see how the color looks before I decide if I want to get French nails or full color. Omg she was so rude she was like we can't really do that you need to decide what you want and was rushing me. After seeing her like that I just wanted to leave. Idk what happened this is her job, I was just so disappointed I ended up getting full color because I was worried if I ask for anything else she will snap. I don't think Ill be going there anymore.

I love coming here to get my nails done! I started getting my nails done here a couple months ago because it's really close to my work. Since then I've been numerous times and love how my nails come out. I have made my appointments through the phone and online and it's a quick and easy process. Le always does a wonderful job and she takes her time to make sure that my sets are done with care. Their business is a clean and calming environment.

The first time I visited the salon, it was a great experience. However, the second time was one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced for such services. Kelly did my nails, and she did a great job. I returned three weeks later, it was late, and she was rushing. This time she did horrible work. I walked out of the salon, and one of my nails chipped before I got to my car. By the next day, four of my nails needed to be repaired. I contacted Kelly, and scheduling an appointment became problematic. Eventually, we agreed upon a time. However, when I got to the salon, she had a customer, and I had to wait 45 minutes for her to see me. The manager saw me looking at my watch and got angry. He said I should be "happy that Kelly fit me and was willing to see me." In addition, when Kelly finally saw me, I asked for his name. Apparently, she told him that I asked for his name. He then approached Kelly's station, got loud and belligerent, and said, "You can complain; it does not matter, I am one of the managers, and my name is Do." Needless to say, I will not go back to this salon.

I was able to make an online, same day, appointment for a spa pedicure on a Saturday. I received a text message confirmation of the appointment. The appointment was for 6:20 pm. Other than a little confusion at the check in desk, my appointment and services were professional and efficient. I stood there for a while to check in for my appointment while the front desk person went back and forth with other clients and colleagues. So basically it was hectic. The guy who normally works at the desk has is more adept at managing incoming clients. Ultimately, I'm extremely happy with my gel pedicure.
