Spa is run down. Hours of operation are very limited. Not sure how these gals are
still in business. This used to be my favorite spa to have a girls day at. Sad to see the owners have not kept it up.

The massage by Mary was amazing but the spa was run down, the steam room was broken, the water feature wasn't running, the offered minimal supplies in the locker room, it was expensive and the front staff were very rude and unprofessional.

I've been trying to schedule a spa day for my husband and myself for at least 6 months now. I've tried 3 times and each time has been so frustrating. I've been met with rudeness, promises to be called back for scheduling and never contacted again. What a shame because the one experience I had here years ago was so wonderful and left a lasting impression on me so much that I wanted to share it with my husband. That has now been replaced with never wanting to try to schedule here again. Guess I'll take my business where it's wanted and appreciated.

So completely frustrated with how you run the business now. I have gone here multiple times. I've left multiple Vm Facebook message and email no return calls or messages. All with me just trying to use a gift card. Horrible service now

My partner and I came in for a couples pedicure and Melissa and Jocelyn were absolutely amazing! They were very friendly and super accommodating to any of our needs/preferences. They took such good care of us and the foot treatment was great. It was overall a very relaxing experience and we would go back.
