Daughters 1st time getting braids at a salon and she LOVES them!  The salon was clean and the people were friendly.  My daughter has  been flipping her hair ever since.

i've been going to the salon for over a year there's only been two beauticians consistently that have stayed others have come and left within six months. The salon is nice and still conveniently located. They now have a second location go check it out.

I personally won't be returning here.
There's different salons for everyone, and this one just isn't the right fit for me. I was really excited to come here as the reviews were great. I had an appointment with the salon manager Tyanna.

First red flag is she didn't know the correct service I was coming to get. I wanted a quick weave and she said I had booked for a traditional sew in which I knew was incorrect. She than proceeded to tell
me she would not have enough time to style me but we will see what we get through as my hair was too tangled. And she added a $50 detangling fee. Which I feel is pretty bizarre and should be included in the service.

She has someone else rinse and braid down my hair. And truthfully I wish I would of booked with that sweet lady instead. Also after complaining she had no time she kept getting up instead of doing my hair. I was really disappointed. Specially because I thought this salon would be completely different. Towards the end of the service I had been there for almost 5 hours and I chose to leave because there's no way I was going to wait another hour to have my quick weave fully styled. No thank you. I'll stick to my northeast stylists!

I made an appointment here because their pictures looked good, and I also saw that they had online. You could do installments for your services! I had never heard of that and decided to get a sew in knowing I could do installments. Long story short, I got my hair done it looked good from what I could tell. However, when I went to pay, I couldn't see the installments thing on the website anymore, so I asked them they said they didn't know what happened to it. They called someone on the phone and then got off saying it got deactivated, and they didn't know how long it took to put back on! So I ended up having to pay way more at that moment than I was expecting, too! And was a bout to travel! Then, to top it off, the stylist did not add all my hair I brought, and when I got home, I could see my weave coming out the top of my head! Cause it wasn't covered enough with hair! I'm short, so you know that's bad. Also, the vibes were just off in there. No one was very friendly.

Genies the guy who did my hair did a F$&) Amazing F$&$ Job. He was really nice and funny and quick made my experience so much better.
