I've been a member at the Bridgeport Me-Spa for years and have increasingly grown disappointed with the staff and services. Today was my last day ever going to Me-Spa. This has happened multiple times where I have requested a specific therapist only to arrive at my appointment and placed with someone else. This happened today with my massage and it was the final straw. Not only are there consistent issues with therapists, but the quality of the services has gone downhill as well. I do not feel valued as a member. I expressed my frustrations to the receptionist and she said, "I'm sorry you feel that way. Would you like to leave any gratuity?" Just another example of not feeling valued. I'm sad the majority of my experiences have been like this the past couple of years, as it used to be a wonderful place to relax, and the staff used to care as well.
I've been coming here for over a decade & decided now to join their membership program to go monthly. I had my first massage in such a long time today and I'm so glad I decided to give myself this routine treat. It was everything I needed after the worst work week in the history of ever. I have been so stressed I haven't been sleeping..work is all I think about. After leaving ME Spa today I felt SO light, refreshed, relaxed, & happy. Peaceful is the best way to describe it. My mind & body feel immediately relaxed. Donna was great and I can't wait to go back!

I finally did it! I signed up for the monthly membership at ME Spa. What a fantastic deal. There is no skimping on the 80 minute facial because it is discounted, exactly the opposite! Jessica, who is so very talented, provides superb service. She works hard to make you feel pampered. Personally, this is my quiet time and Jessica respects this, which I love. All I need to work on is getting to the spa twenty minutes early to get my complimentary foot soak
