Palm Beach Tan in Portland, OR

Way over priced the spray machine is always broke down and they only have one.  Was a member for a long time but I will find another tan place.  The people that work there are not very friendly .

Aggressively rude manager!!  For billing issues or complaints you will not be referred to anyone else and refused alternative contact information.
- Check your monthly statements regularly ! - I hadn't for a few months and found I had been billed consistently full price when I had put my account on hold as I had done in the past - I simply wanted a refund for the difference of wrong billing.
Their website is convoluted  and this is a franchise - so here is the benefit of my intense research for anyone who needs it in the future so you don't have to go through my nightmare of trying to find a person who might actually help you.

- Only due to my own perseverance to reach someone above her, the manager's dismissal was reversed and I am finally being refunded what is rightly owed to me
There are other salons in the area who make customer care a priority -  it is definitely not this salon!

This salon is okay but completely overpriced and they always try to upsell you on lotions, this is the only location I would recommend but I was not a fan of Broadway or hazel dell

Best location ever! So much classier and well kept than other locations such as Happy Valley and Portland. This location is under different ownership and it definitely shows. The place is sparkling clean with fantastic and knowledgeable staff.
Ashley and Taylor are AMAZING.  
Ashley went above and beyond to make sure I'd get an even spray tan after showing her how blotchy and gross my skin was after spraying at the Portland location on Broadway.
Not only was she incredibly nice from the moment I walked in, but she also TRULY cared about helping me get the results I wanted. She waived prices and made suggestions based off of her knowledge and experience to fix the issue all while treating me so very well.
I felt extremely taken care of.

In addition to this, Taylor added 10 tan dollars to my account when it became apparent that the manager at a different location didn't actually put tan dollars on my account after telling me that she did. Taylor has helped me on numerous occasions and she clearly knows what's she's doing as her overall knowledge on tanning is extensive. She's super sweet and always able to help me!

Overall, this is the location you want to go to.
It's super clean with knowledge staff that go out of their way to help you achieve the tan of your dreams. I definitely recommend this location!

Always clean,  great beds, new lotions, good pricing and customer service is amazing.
