Called and made an appointment. Came in on time and was told that there was no stylist available. Didn't want to wait 1.5 hours for the next available stylist. Disappointed and why book an appointment only to turn the customer away.
I have been here several times with mixed results. They are not friendly. Several stylists do a half-hearted job and gossip about customers after they leave. After being told several times that they won't take customers for color less than 2 hours before they close, I made a special point to get there 4 hours before they close, and was turned away. I will never go there again. I don't know why I've given them so many chances in the past.
