The pictures say it all. I will not be going back. Horrible experience and then no follow up from anybody. Spent a lot of money at this location over the years.. they just lost a customer.
literally a Mc-pedi experience! worst I've ever had. We made appointments for a employee Christmas party. However, we were rushed, we were separated while seated. My polish job is a mess. just a waste of time and money, no wonder the place is empty. Thank Goodness it's winter, I can hide my toes. This place continues to lack knowledge of service and relaxation. Hostile employees with no personality, thats what you get.
Where to begin...the pedicure was done ok, she forgot to massage one leg and the paint job was subpar, when I pointed out the smudges she just painted over them and moved on, and they charged extra to even paint my nails.
The manicure that I asked for ended up being a polish change. She was upset that I did not was an acrylic fill on the ONE nail that had a tip on it because I broke my real nail. Jerked and pulled both hands around while painting them. Paint job is bubbly and does not cover the whole nail. The "art work/design" that I had to pay extra for looks like a 5 year old did it. Paid $75 for work that I will have to go and get redone somewhere else.

Bare with me with this long review but I went in for the most basic "[colored] acrylic set". Long, square, blue, with very few rhinestones on 2 fingers. First issue was the length, super short!! She asked where so I told her where and she kept cutting because "they were uneven"! Next, I GOT GEL! Clear acrylic with gel polish! Didn't say anything because as long as they looked good, it didn't matter with gel or not. However when she's close to finishing, I finally get to see the final product and its so round, thick, and over all bad!! It had so much product that they looked round and bubbly! I finally asked her to fix and although I do appreciate that she tried, she stopped shortly after (didn't make much difference) and made excuses on why "it wasn't her fault". I glanced over to another nail tech who asked more questions to please the client's wants. So I'll definitely give it another shot but I'm requesting that other nail tech. The nails were over all awful that I took them off right after
