Still an excellent place to get a cut. The facility was clean and well maintained. The team was friendly and professional. I got a good cut and felt I got good value. The check in process is easy to use and a must.
Previously today I went to a different location. The person who cut my hair didn't do a very good job. I had my partner call this location to see if I could come in to have it fixed. Cortez fixed my hair and did a fantastic job. He was so kind and made the situation better. He gave me some recommendations and made sure everything he was doing was just like i wanted. He was very understanding which made the experience better overall. I definitely recommend this location.
Went here for our usual haircuts. Highly disappointed. My daughters was great and since it was a quick trim they treated me fairly with the price. My cut however was a disaster. The hairstylist was told By me and shown A picture of the angle bob I wanted. How much I wanted cut and how long I wanted it left. As each cut was done by the scissors the hair got shorter and shorter because he couldn't get the sides to match. One would be shorter the. The other side to short. It was so frustrating I finally just told him to stop and grabbed the shears myself to fix the front. By the time I left I went from mid back length hair to at the shoulders hair length. NOT HAPPY. WONT BE BACK. I don't recommend going at all.

Haircuts are usually decent, but regarding their online check in system nearly 50% of the occurrences when I checked in online, I waited for my check in time, and still needed to wait an additional 20-30 mins at the store. I understand the system isn't perfect, but maybe some adjustments need to be made to their system.
