My nails barely lasted a week and a half before they started chipping and lifting (I had a gel set btw). Never in my life have I seen gel polish chip. There was a very limited color selection.
Sorry I hate to write this but I was a little upset and confused before they renovated a gel French manicure was $25 and no charge to remove old gel, now after renovations a gel manicure is $30 and $5 to remove old gel and $5 for French color so be prepared total is $40 not $25. l love Jimmy's work but a $15 increase is a little much. So I won't be going back can't justify that much increase :(
an employee sits me down to do my nails. after applying the false nails she files them, now if youve ever gotten your nails youd know thats NOT how theryre supposed to be done. so after my Excruciatingly painful nail filing was done she tells me to go pick a color...i go pick a color, she starts on a WHOLE OTHER CLIENT and has me wait. me being the nice person i am i wait... and wait... and wait. when she finishes i go to sit back in the seat and she tells me to stop and go back to sit down and wait. i do as directed and this girl starts cleaning the store like wtf am i waiting for. she starts sweeping the floor that had absolutely nothing on it and starts whiping the tables FOR WHY girl my nails aint even halfway done and you over here procrastinating. i was there for atleast 2 hours and shes just sitting in her chair on her phone. i had to wait for a whole nother employee to finish another girls nails so i could finish mine. im tired
Did a great job on the design for my daughters nails but her nails are very loose and they charged $50!!!!!! That's outrageous to paint her nails and put 2 designs on them!
