Regal Nails, Salon & Spa in Rochester, NH

I've been going here for years. The staff might have changed up a bit, but their service has NEVER wavered. Going through some of these yelp reviews makes me laugh, because clearly there will always be some unsatisfied customers, but if you have an issue or problem, SPEAK UP. This salon will do everything in its power to make you happy, as long as they know you're dissatisfied in the first place. I had a nail of mine break and without question they fit me in the schedule before anyone else and didn't charge me a dime to fix it. The salon was just revamped and it's gorgeous. The atmosphere is always one of welcoming, friendly chatter and professionalism. Their equipment is top of the line, clean and the services they offer are great. The prices are fair and in my opinion you get much more than you pay for. Don't take one bad reviewer to heart, because I'm here to tell you this place is phenomenal and I'll never again go to another salon. Jess is my usual nail tech, and I highly recommend her. I get compliments every time she does my nails.

You won't be disappointed with your service. This is coming from someone who is extremely picky... Figured I'd add that to prove how honest this is... Make an appointment and see for yourself how fantastic & qualified they are.

DO NOT GO HERE!! WARNING! Worse place ever. They've cut my cuticle area with a drill, then continued sanding until it burned me, not once but 7 times in one appointment and then tell me it was my fault when I said something. All this was 2 years ago, hadn't been back until today. I thought I'd give it another try since they remodeled. Maybe the owner refreshed on how to run a business and maybe retrained his employees one how to do nails and be more professional.  . Nope, same horrible nail techs are there, same atmosphere, same attitude, nails look chunky, polish on cuticles. The girls that work there are lazy, catty, rude and have no class or professionalism. Very uncomfortable experience I've ever had in a salon setting.

I want a refund! This kid that did my nails is turning 21 in a few days  oh yes and she told me she's headed to court and had her cell phone in her face the whole time needless to say my pedicure has never looked worse I was an idiot for paying the bill they should be closed

Tiffany always does the best job! She knows me and my needs like her own!! All other staff is so consistently nice and helpful. Pricing is fair, color selection is great, never a bad experience:)

Although the staff was nice, the shop was disgusting.  I honestly don't know how they haven't been shut down. The girl didn't even sanitize the files, ANY OF THEM. The entire salon was covered in a layer of nail dust, she never even wiped off her station before I sat down.  There were black handprint stains on the station,  where the uv light is for drying. And unfortunately the nail painting was so poorly done I left and had them repainted. It may be 25. Bucks but it wasn't worth 5.  I would never suggest this place to anyone.  And if I had the state board # I'd report them. At least clean!!!!
