So happy with how my hair turned out the other day. It was my first time at Refinery and my appointment was with Ashalina. She did an amazing job with the partial balayage and conditioning treatment. I was so happy that I made my second appointment because I definitely want to come back and hopefully get my hair to where I want it to be for my honeymoon in a couple months. I love the chill vibe of this place and the way the staff interact with their clients and each other - very friendly and welcoming.

I've been "following" Kristal for a dozen years now. I travel a lot so once in a great while I am forced to go somewhere else for a cut, then once I get home I rush in to see Kristal to fix my hair! WOW! I NEVER leave reviews but after the service, professionalism, and skill that I experience every time I get my hair cut by Brianna Cooper (Bri), I had to say something. If you are looking for someone highly skilled that will LISTEN to you and what you want done, look no further. I am not exaggerating when I say that Bri has given me the BEST haircuts I have ever had in my life. I look amazing when I walk out of the salon and, I don't know how she does it but, it continues to look great even as it grows out. She will even talk through how to style the new look (if you ask). I highly recommend going to Bri to get your hair done. She is amazing and a wonderful person to chat with while she works her MAGIC.
