1 star for friendliness 2 stars speed Blunt cuts. More like a barber style with clippers. She seemed like paid attention to what I requested. 1st time, she cut my hair and finished it in a style I specifically said I didn't want. I thought I would give it another try, thinking I didn't communicate it very well, and the picture I showed was not sufficient enough. ( although she assured me she knew what my hair looked like before. Which was layered and textured. None of it was done) So, me being a fool, giving her the benefit of the doubt, and thinking I wasn't clear on what I had wanted. I went again. This time, multiple pictures in hand... again... my hair is what she decided was the style. There are no layers and no attention to the length, very blunt cut, and so short I can't get it fixed by another. Looks like a short version of a bowl haircut. I almost want to cry. If you want a "styled" haircut, go elsewhere.
