This place did a horrible job on a basic mani pedi. There was polish all over the nail beds. I asked it to be fixed twice and it still looked bad. My sister in law was getting married the next day and her nails looked so bad we went back later that day to get them fixed and the manager was very unprofessional and rough. My sister in law was in tears. Will never go back.
While I have been a customer for some time, I have to say, I won't be back. Between being treated poorly, having to sit and wait nearly half an hour past my appointment time. I have had it with Gallery. Also, it's very uncomfortable having the staff speaking in their native language, it makes me feel like their having fun at my expense. Please learn to provide good customer service.
They gave a long leg massage with the pedicure and the place was clean. Besides that, the polish was gross (old and crusty, filled with thinner), the polish will not dry because they layered it on so thickly, they cut my toenails unevenly, and they charged me $50 for a basic pedicure. Also, they are so LOUD. It wasn't relaxing at all because they were yelling to each other from across the room, and did it the whole time.
Do not get your eyebrows done here.. they are uneven and they charge 12 dollars to remove 2 hairs.. I literally had to take the tweezers to finish the job and it still looks bad.. now I have to go the entire month looking like this... I clearly didn't like them, and the worker showed no compassion. On top of the terrible job, they made rude comments.. They don't know that I have studied their language for 2 years... I understand the rude comments.. I won't be returning..
First of all, I have been going to a nail salon and Puyallup roughly on and off for about six years on my last appointment that was it. I had it my nails were ruined!. Luckily a good friend I said I have a place for you come on out and try it. we got there close to closing, but they gave us no rush to fix my nails up. Couldn't believe how beautiful they looked. Three weeks later I am in for my next set of which I use the dip method. I was treated with respect and had again a great time, and the massage was wonderful.
