Today I had a pedicure with Cathy for my first visit to this salon. I have to say, this is probably the best pedicure I've had in years. She did such a beautiful job and took the time to make sure my toes looked perfect. The massage she gave me was out of this world. I will go back again and will definitely ask for Cathy. The reason I gave this review 4 stars and not 5, is that when I went to pay my bill, she charged me $10 more than the posted price that was on the wall. I expected to pay $40 plus another $5 for callous removal for a regular gel pedicure. So I was surprised when she said it was $55.00. I tipped her another 20% and didn't question the price as I didn't want to embarrass her. But I hope it was an honest mistake on her part. Again, she did a wonderful job and I will go back to Queen Nails.
Request for Sarah! She's the best. Super fast, super delicate, made my nails look how I wanted them exactly. Nowadays nail salons not only take forever but it's overpriced. Price is great! I'll post a inspiration photo and my nails.
I started trying for an appointment on Wednesday with no luck. I was not offered a future appointment, but I was told to try back the next day. Tried again on Thursday, same result. And then Friday. Friday was finally told to try again Monday again. No future appointment is offered. I miss the last owner. They ran one of their best nail techs out of there, too. Was told she started her own shop, but of course, they won't disclose where, so I am guessing they ended on bad terms. Finally, it's time to try a new place. I will say their male nail tech at Queen Nails is amazing. So if you have to go here, ask for him!!!
Quality products, comfortable clean shop, great service, no matter the service - manicure/pedicure/ fullsets/fills/artwork - they do it all! And they always look beautiful. I receive compliments all the time.. AND they stay beautiful for a few weeks.. not just a day or two!
Did 2 walk in mani/pedis. Said on the phone they had the time, they clearly were pretty busy upon arriving. Told them I'm getting married in a week and asked if they had time for a full set instead of a regular manicure. They did great on my toes but when it came to my nails it felt very rushed
