They did the bear minimum when it comes to mani/ pedis. I prefer classy nails in Lakewood they take care of their customers and go above and beyond!

I'm disappointed. When I first came my regular nail tech was amazing. Perfect nails every time. But then I noticed she slowly got lazy. Sometimes she'd put two coats and maybe 3. I understand when you do french manicure or designs the nails need to be dried for 60 seconds. Sometimes she cuts the time down leaving 10 seconds. I ask her about it and she says it's okay. No it's not. I will show you her work. I will attach a picture of the side by side. Friday I went and the left picture is what was her finished product. I didn't really look hard because she usually does great but this time no. I had to go back to get it fixed. It just needed 2 more coats. She couldn't have done it the 1st time around? This happened once before. I come every two weeks and I tip very well. Usually $10 on a $35-40 bill. I guess now I'm taken for granted. Now I see why she always says "thank you for coming back". Not anymore.

These people suck... I remember about a year or two ago, I came here and asked for just a manicure with no polish. The dummy that did my nails kept asking me out loud why I didn't want polish... Like, goodness, I just need to give my nails a rest with no polish. The old lady gave me a coupon to use for next time, and the next time I came, the guy refused to take it; he wanted me to use it for next time. Haven't came back since then.

This is my go-to nail place! I go every 2-3 weeks and have never left disappointed! The shape is always on point, and they take their time and make sure to get it right every time!

After the debacle at Lakewood Nail decided to try my sister's nail salon. Wanted a full set and a pedicure. I was aiming to get my nails done. The nail tech literally looked like she gave up doing my nails halfway because I pointed out issues with how clunky my nails looked. Asked for a French manicure and they looked horrible. Wanted it removed and just painted over with another color. The nail tech at that point was rough w my hands and did a sloppy finish. The manager/owner at that point said I had to pay for the French manicure. I explained I have no problem paying but not when the work looks like garbage. I knew I should have just went elsewhere but I know I will never go here..ever again. Heck didn't even get my toes done like I wanted..
