I tried this nail place because it is closer to home than my normal place and this was a huge mistake. I sat at a booth for 30 minutes just waiting for them to finish talking to each other, playing on their phones, gawking at other customers nails, etc. When someone's nana finally sat down with me and starting tallying her daily sales as slow as possible and not even acknowledging my existence until she asked me to repeat what I was there for, I just walked out.

I went to this salon last week and got my nails done I was cut on several fingers by the nail file. And my nails were lumpy and not dry also. Well a few days later three of my fingers got infected and I went to the dr. Turns out I have staph in all 3 of them. I went back and confronted the lady that did my nails she got mad and went and got someone else. And she proceeded to try and grab my finger and show this other lady I'm guessing the manager. I told her don't touch me and she kept saying I didn't do that I didn't do that over and over. When she clearly knew she did cause cause she tried to put nail glue over the cuts. Please do not go here I'm on two different antibiotics now. And I'm hoping I don't end up losing my fingers from this
Although there was no wait time the nail tech didn't do ombré well. The shape was off and length was not consistent.
After not being able to go to another non mentioned salon, which it would have been a 2 hour wait, my daughter came to this facility. Great decision my daughter made, this is one of her regular places... The staff is very friendly, plus showed great attention to the instructions from my daughter due to I being a Stevens Johnson/sjogrens patient. The guy was very gentle with these here feet lol.
Had the deluxe pedicure, boi' were these toes needing this... So happy for the safety shield and the covid19 measures taken....
