I have been going there for almost a year now with no problems. Today I go in asking for a haircut. I was told I would be next, which didn't happen. I asked for my hair to be cut by Jackie. Then after an hour wait and taking another gentleman before me. They question me in a sarcastic tone. Do you have an appointment?. Very irritated by that experience...
We needed to get a haircut for my son. We walked right in and was greeted with smiling faces. Nancy is very welcoming. We are new to the area and will definitely be back. Very reasonable pricing.
I am in Montgomery for work and was not able to get my hair done before I left home, due to my hairdresser contracting COVID. So I was looking for a quality place that could accommodate walk-ins, so I chose Jaclyn's. I walked right in shortly after it opened and got right into Nancy's chair. The salon is clean and Nancy was friendly and efficient. Nancy actually listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. Definitely recommend!
My daughter wanted a last minute haircut. I was running into Renfroe's and saw Jaclyns Salon. I told her to run in and ask if they had room. They did.
Nancy cut her hair. She is fantastic! She cut her little bangs and nobody has everrrrrr cut her bangs so cute.

Jaclyn had to do color correction on my hair, due to me trying to do 'at home ' products myself. My hair grabs color fast, and my home attempt had come out near black. I used medium brown from Sally's it looked horrible.
Jaclyn corrected my color, added some lighter highlights and tone. Plus gave me a great cut , all at a very reasonable price..
Jaclyn has continued to be my stylist since then. She's wonderful on my difficult hair!
