The tech that did my nails was very precise and attentive. She did a fantastic job on my gel manicure, the best one I've had. It's super quiet and cozy in the salon and everything was clean.
You have to give them at least one star, regretfully. I left there with nails that were different lengths. The two nails that I got the tips put on were crooked. I would include a picture but I got in the car and re-filed my nails $70 later! At one point during the process, I almost got up and left. She was very rough and extremely unfriendly! I walked in between 10 and 11, there was only one other customer in the shop, and the vibe was go away!
They were rude upon my entrance and were totally disrespectful to a lady sitting next to me asking about her manicure. First and last time coming.
I went to Kelly's nails for a gel pedi and SNS mani. Kelly did my nails and they look beautiful. She did an ombré pink and white nail with tips, which has been holding up nicely.
Not good. Their sanitation is poor, not wiping down manicure seats after customers. Misleading -- they seat you as if they are ready but then they are not. Staff not dual certified in both manicure and pedi so they do one service, but not the other. So a different tech has to help who if already busy more re-waiting. Really inefficient and frustrating for this not to be known nor communicated. it was another 20 minute wait that they were not open about up front. Would not come again.
