Q Nails in Hampstead, MD

as usual, Q nails did not disappoint! i came in for a mani and pedi and eyebrow wax and i love it! i the employees are very polite and even offered me drinks. but the best part was that they stayed open past closing time to finish my nails. instead of closing at 7 they closed at almost 9. i was the only one in the salon costomer wise, meaning they didn't close for another 2 hours after the original time. very satisfied and will be coming back! i cannot recomend enough!

Had an online reservation. Came in and had to wait long. They asked what I wanted and I told organic pedicure like what I booked online. When they brought me back. They didn't ask again and gave me the classic. Also my two pinky toes didn't get painted. I didnt say anything and I painted myself in the lobby afterwards. Also a few employees were really rude to an elderly woman who was asking about the long wait because they seated her at a manicure station then forgot her. She asked why its over an hour then another 1/2 hour on top of that. A male worker was rude and yelled I dont have time for this. All she was doing was asking. She wasnt even rude about it. Then her ride came so she had to leave. Then when she left they were talking about her and how she didnt know what she wanted and kept trying to put the blame on "she didnt know what she wanted". I call bs! I wont be coming back here. Not well ran and they ignore appointments and over book them. Plus when you request a certain employee they ignored that too. Leaving for confusion & unorganized poor management.

I came here for a pedicure this past weekend and was able to be taken as a walk in. The staff was really friendly and Matt did a great job with my pedicure.

Should've read the reviews first. Don't bother wasting your time here. Worst nail place I've EVER gone to. Everything from the start to the end.

They were very friendly and helpful. My daughter came in with a picture of what she wanted and the lady really made an effort to get it perfect.
