Was referred to Tabitha by my sister. I went in with dark brown, patchy, messy hair and walked out with a bright and beautiful copper. She took her time and did such an amazing job. I'm still in awe as to how well my hair came out. I was hesitant about going in due to the negative review on here, but I'm so glad I took my sisters word for it. The salon was clean and fun. All of the stylists were nice and had a good time with all of their clients. Can't wait to go back!
I checked in online and the wait was 15 min. I arrived within that time and was told it would be a few minutes. 45 minutes later, the stylist told me it would be at least 30 minutes longer. My question is why couldn't I have been told this anytime during the 45 minutes I was sitting there? I had to cancel an earlier appt with this stylist because I had to take my sick husband to an appointment that ran late. At any rate, the behavior was very unprofessional and disrespectful.
