I have never had a problem here. you do need to make an appointment because you can't just sit and wait like in the past. My nails alwaya look great when I leave and they last a long time without any problems.
Some of these reviews are very outdated. I used to live near this place and went for manicure and pedicure routinely. It was convenient. Since I moved, it was more convenient to go elsewhere. I needed a my nails done. They had an opening. The place has been remodeled. It is clean. Well decorated. Most importantly my nails and toes look fabulous. They were so gentle, I took my mother. Her toes look fabulous also. They have a number system for their colors so you can get the same color again without guesswork. Love it. Can't say enough.
awful so mad about my nails. awful service bad quality. they rushed. when i went in the next day for a refund i was disrespected and then they went to cut down my nails after 30+ mins of arguing they cut the nails (as shown in picture) i'm not mad about that fact that they look awful but the lady was so angry and cut my finger!!! now i had awful nails and a cut finger. i wish i could give zero stars so mad about my nails
NEVER AGAIN. I went in with my daughter and was rushed though, the nails where uneven and sloppy. I went in for a refund not even worth a redo. When I asked nicely and told then I appreciated the effort but just want a refund. She was so disrespectful and rude. Started talking to other employees in a different language (which I found extremely disrespectful) she kept saying no refund and no no no! THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. She the said she'd give me my refund but first she went to cut down my nails. (Shown in picture). I'm so disappointed awful service and awful nails.
Horrible- will never go here again. They try to fit everyone in and will never tell you how long the wait will be, meanwhile, I be seen people sitting and waiting for a long time and then get rushed through. Not enough help and I almost got up and walked out my manicure was going so poorly.
