This salon was so spotless. I got a manicure here and best ever. Very professional. I have been to spas before and the staff chat to each other. Not here. The customer was their priority. Prices not bad. I will be back.
I've been going here for years and I can say it is the best!!! The technicians are great and the facility is always clean and neat. Highly recommend.
Don't go here they are money hungry, prices change each time you go. Different service for different people. You've been warned. If this review doesn't help read the other one star one. I was charged $7 extra because on this day my nails were longer and mind you the same tech has been doing my nails since I started going here plus that day she cut them down as always when I go ,trust me I don't wear long nails that's not me. But I guess they must have had a meeting that day /week let's find a way to charge more $$$$$this week. Also I was told we don't make appointments two weeks in advance mind you this was after I over heard him making an appointment for a customer while I was sitting there, that's why I say different treatment for different customers. It's sad that the person that runs this nail shop makes his worker look bad , the nail tech Cherry is great at what she does their just doing what their told. Well on to the next . If I'm paying close to $50 for a freaking fill I'm going to somewhere where I get treated fairly. Bye Qnails, your loss.
DO NOT GO HERE. I am so appalled at how the owner Pong spoke to me, I will never step back inside. (I calculated how much I believe my mom, sister and I spent over our lifetime at Q Nails and I estimate it to be 1 mani/pedi/eyebrows/tip per month x 3 people x 12 months x 12 years = $11,340 ). Not giving 1 more penny to this place! Here was my last experience: I have been going here since I was 16 years old, Q Nails had just opened. My mom and I were probably customers number 1 and 2... over the years the owner Pong has been increasingly rude and disrespectful. I went in this week for a manicure and Pong said he could take me in 15 minutes so I told him I would be back in 5 minutes as I had to pick something up next door for my elderly grandmother, he immediately yelled at me and said 'you can't leave. If you leave no manicure for you.' After I questioned this, Pong then rudely said 'now you have to wait 45 minutes. I can't take you.' I know he did this in spite. I asked him why he changed what he originally said (he hates to be questioned) and then snapped on me again and literally told me to leave. It was quite embarrassing the tone he used towards me in front of other customers. Pong you should respect those customers who have been coming to you since day one. I feel bad for the nice ladies that work for him, as he thinks he's the most important person in all of Lancaster. Especially those who have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at your salon over the last decade.
Went here for pedicures. I'm from out of town so I looked on here and chose a place. Super happy with how they turned out. Would highly recommend.
